The primary goal of the project was to create a user-friendly and efficient event management system that could accommodate events of varying scales and complexities. From interactive event discovery to detailed attendee tracking, the platform was designed to provide robust tools for organizers while ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

A key feature of the system is its interactive event calendar. This visually engaging calendar allows users to browse and filter events based on criteria such as date, category, and location. The calendar's intuitive interface simplifies event discovery and makes it easy for users to find events that match their interests.

Easy Event Sign-Ups With Personalized Forms & Interactive Floor Plans

To accommodate the unique requirements of different events, we developed custom registration forms with conditional logic. These forms dynamically adapt based on the type of event and attendee category, ensuring a personalized and streamlined registration process. Built-in validation mechanisms guarantee accurate and complete registration data, reducing errors and improving data reliability.

The platform includes a venue management feature that allows event organizers to showcase detailed venue information, including floor plans. We implemented an Interactive Floor Plan Viewer, enabling attendees to explore event spaces virtually. This feature enhances event planning and navigation for both organizers and participants.

To empower event organizers, we built a comprehensive attendee management dashboard. This tool provides real-time insights into registrations, ticket sales, and attendance trends. Using Drupal Views, we integrated data visualization tools, making it easier for organizers to analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports.
