The Horse Library: Easy-to-Use CMS for Horse Lovers with Simplified Content Delivery and Display

The Horse Library is an exciting online platform that includes a website and mobile apps for Android and iOS, created for Julie von Bismarck, a dedicated horse enthusiast and advocate. The goal of this project was to provide horse lovers with a one-stop resource packed with information and insights.

At The Horse Library, users can explore a treasure trove of content, including over 500 articles, videos, podcasts, interviews, and audiobooks. Whether you're looking to improve your horse care skills, learn advanced riding techniques, or understand the special bond between humans and horses, you’ll find a wide range of topics covered. Plus, all this content is available in both English and German.

One of the standout features of The Horse Library is its smart content management system. Authors can easily publish articles, videos, and podcasts in one place. Everything is instantly available on the website and mobile apps, so you can access the latest insights no matter where you are.

To make things even better, The Horse Library offers various subscription packages, giving users the flexibility to choose how they want to engage with the content. 

On the tech side, we built The Horse Library using Laravel for a strong backend, Apache Cordova for cross-platform mobile apps, and Vue 3 for a sleek and user-friendly frontend. 

This project was delicately developed for a horse enthusiast who sought to share her love for horses in a fun and accessible way. It’s aimed to support Julie von Bismarck’s mission to spread knowledge and foster a deeper connection with these amazing animals.
