Due to NDA restrictions, we cannot publicly disclose the client’s brand name. The project was delivered for a B2B wellbeing and mental health services provider working with large international enterprise clients, including major global brands like Google, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, TikTok, Spotify, EA, Tinder, LinkedIn etc.
The platform supports remote wellbeing and mental health services for employees across different companies, regions, departments, and access levels. It includes digital therapy workflows, company-specific content access, user segmentation, booking flows, surveys, SSO authentication, CMS management, and secure support channels for urgent mental health needs.
A major part of the work focused on modernizing the platform architecture to reduce infrastructure complexity and operating costs. We helped move the system toward a leaner deployment model, improved CI/CD workflows, optimized database and monitoring setup, and reduced unnecessary infrastructure overhead. As a result, the platform became easier to maintain while significantly decreasing infrastructure costs.
We also extended the Drupal CMS layer to better support multi-company content management. This included company-specific CMS access, dedicated and generic domain behavior, reseller and sub-company logic, branded user journeys, Keycloak/SSO integration, and smoother navigation between the CMS, booking platform, LMS, and wellbeing services.
Another important area was the secure telecommunication flow for urgent support. The platform includes an Immediate Support feature that allows users to connect with qualified medical or wellbeing specialists 24/7 in cases of urgent mental health needs.
This required careful handling of responder availability, secure access, role-based routing, browser notifications, waiting flows, and company/department/location-based availability rules. The result is a more scalable and cost-efficient B2B wellbeing platform that can support multiple enterprise clients, different branded account structures, remote mental health workflows, and secure user journeys across several connected systems.
As the multi-company wellbeing platform continues to grow, the focus has shifted toward making the system more scalable, cost-efficient, and easier to manage across different client accounts and access models. By modernizing the infrastructure, reducing unnecessary operational complexity, and supporting company-specific workflows, domains, branding, SSO, CMS access, bookings, surveys, and emergency support features, the platform is becoming more flexible for both administrators and end users. The WDEVS team is proud to support this evolution by helping the client improve performance, reduce infrastructure costs, strengthen maintainability, and prepare the platform for future growth across multiple organizations and wellbeing services.
