Zevo Health is a complex wellbeing platform that supports multiple companies, user groups, and service flows across digital therapy, bookings, surveys, SSO, CMS content, and internal administration. The platform needed to support different company accounts, branded access flows, user segmentation, and integrations across several systems while staying reliable and cost-efficient.
Wу worked on a new architecture approach focused on simplifying infrastructure, reducing operational overhead, and making the system easier to maintain. As part of this work, we helped move environments away from unnecessary Kubernetes complexity, introduced a more cost-conscious deployment model, optimized database and monitoring setup, and prepared CI/CD workflows for smoother releases. These changes helped reduce infrastructure costs by approximately 30%, while keeping the platform ready for future growth.
The project also included new workflows for users and administrators, including improved company-specific access, domain-based behavior, Keycloak/SSO integration, Drupal CMS support, booking flows, emergency support features, survey logic, and support for dedicated company accounts such as tiered or branded tenants. A major focus was making sure different companies could have their own access rules, branding behavior, and account structure without creating unnecessary manual work for the support team.
A major part of the project focused on extending the Drupal CMS layer to better support Zevo’s multi-company structure. We helped improve how different companies, resellers, and sub-companies access CMS content, making it possible to support both generic and dedicated company domains depending on the client setup.
The Drupal work included company-specific access logic, branded user journeys, domain-based behavior, and better integration with Keycloak/SSO so users could move more smoothly between Drupal, the booking platform, LMS, and other Zevo services. We also supported workflows where different companies can have their own content experience, access rules, and service visibility while still being managed within one broader platform.
This made the CMS more flexible for administrators and created a cleaner experience for users across different client accounts.
Beyond feature development, the team worked on security and maintainability improvements, including legacy API analysis, access flow stabilization, infrastructure cleanup, monitoring improvements, and planning around audit logging and operational visibility. This gave the client a clearer path toward a leaner, more secure, and more scalable platform.
As Zevo continues to grow as a multi-company wellbeing platform, the focus has shifted toward making the system more scalable, cost-efficient, and easier to manage across different client accounts and access models. By modernizing the infrastructure, reducing unnecessary operational complexity, and supporting company-specific workflows, domains, branding, SSO, CMS access, bookings, surveys, and emergency support features, the platform is becoming more flexible for both administrators and end users. The WDEVS team is proud to support this evolution by helping Zevo improve performance, reduce infrastructure costs, strengthen maintainability, and prepare the platform for future growth across multiple organizations and wellbeing services.
